Thames Visitor Moorings (TVM) publish the information on this site in good faith and make no warranties as to its accuracy or completeness.

Where TVM collect fees we do so on behalf of and with the explicit authority of the Landowner.

Once you have registered your arrival, should you vacate the mooring there is no guarantee that your space will be available on your return and no refunds will be made. 

REFUND POLICY

The mooring fee will be refunded (nett of PayPal/Worldpay transaction fee) if TVM are notified by telephone before 3pm that the mooring is no longer required.
